MAY EVENTS!
ALL MONTH: Pet Supplies Plus will be accepting donations in our donation bin at the front of the store all month long for our item of the month, non-pine scented floor cleaner! We also have a need for Feline Digestive Aid Products and/or Feline Hairball Paste. Please consider picking up an item or two and placing them in our donation bin! Thank you!
Saturday May 10- Adoption Day We will be having an adoption day at PetSmart from 10-1pm. Please stop by and see our adoptable animals. Puppy and Kitten Season will be upon us and we will have "babies"!
Saturday May 17 Come and visit some of our many adoptable pets at Pet Supplies Plus on Mall Drive in Benton Harbor! We will be there from 10am-1PM so please stop by for a visit and meet some of the wonderful animals we have that are looking for a home!
Saturday May 17- Adoption Celebration!- Our friends at Celebration Cinema are once again welcoming us to the movies with our adoptable pets from 11am-4pm! Along with animals we will have information on volunteering, humane issues, and materials for the kids. We will also have our NEW t-shirts available for purchase with our brand new logo so stop out and visit us at the movies!
Saturday May 17- Boy Scout Education Event- The Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan is excited that we will be sharing information about our mission, needs, and Humane Education to over 50 Boy Scouts at Riverview Park between 11AM-1PM. We firmly believe that it is essential to teach our young people about the homeless pets in our community, our need for the community to step forward and offer a helping hand, and to teach these young people how they themselves can be responsible animal advocates in our community!
Saturday May 24th- We will be hosting an adoption day at PawMart on Cleveland Ave. in St. Joseph from 10-1pm. Along with the cats we always have available for viewing and visiting with at the adoption center we will have additional available shelter pets for adoption!
JUNE EVENTS!
June 7 (10a-6pm, June 8 11a-6pm) Doggone Days of Summer- Wow Berrien County's own Pet Expo here at the Orchard Mall. Bring the whole family out to visit with adoptable animals and get information on pet care and safety, visit with trainers, vets, groomers, and other pet related business's to discuss your pets needs and concerns. There will be goodies for all so join us for two days of fun and education, and visit with our adoptable pets!
June 14- Adoption Day We will be having an adoption day at PetSmart from 10-1pm. Please stop by and see our adoptable animals. And remember you can always visit our Adoption Center cats and fill out an application!
